Nibblish x Minecraft “Instant Win” Promotion

1. Promoter
The promotion is conducted by Nibblish Ltd. (NZBN: 9429047008892), Level 1, 10 Porter Drive, Havelock North. Minecraft is used with permission by Microsoft Corporation; this contest is not administered, sponsored or endorsed by Microsoft Corporation and Mojang AB.
2. Eligibility
Open to residents of Australia and New Zealand.
Entrants must be aged 5 years or over at the time of entry.
Entrants under 18 years must have parent or guardian consent.
Employees of Nibblish, Mojang AB , Microsoft Corporation, associated agencies and suppliers, and their immediate families are not eligible to claim.
3. Promotion Period
Starts: 17 November 2025, advertising/communications will run for up to 5 weeks (until 19 December 2025 at the latest) and then again from 19 January 2026. until 8 February 2026.
Prizes must be claimed by 17 November 2026.
Following the communications final end date of 8 February 2025, consumers can still collect these cards and provide evidence by heading to www.Nibblish.com and following the prompts.
4. How to Enter
– Purchase any specially marked Nibblish x Minecraft Kids Pure Fruit Swirls in-store ([NZ: Strawberry multi pack, Raspberry multi pack, Raspberry single serve], [AU: Mango multi pack, Raspberry multi pack and Strawberry multipack]).
– There are 5 pouches per multipack. Each pouch contains 1x Minecraft Fact Card.
– Some cards are “Instant Win” Cards, clearly marked with a prize win message.
– Winning cards instruct consumers to visit www.nibblish.com and follow redemption steps.
– There will be a Minecraft x Nibblish header banner on the Nibblish.com homepage, which consumers will see as soon as they land on Nibblish.com.
– Clicking on this header banner will take consumers to a dedicated landing page on the Nibblish site.
– On this landing page there will be clear instructions on how to contact the Nibblish team via the getintouch@nibblish.co.nz email. Winners must share a clear photo of their winning card and provide proof of purchase.
5. Prizes
A total of 20 Instant Win Prizes are available:
New Zealand (10 prizes):
1x Xbox Series S Console (approx. RRP NZD $549)
9x bundles of 3,500 Minecoins (valued at approx. NZD $40 each)
Australia (10 prizes):
1x Xbox Series S Console (approx. RRP AUD $499)
9x bundles of 3,500 Minecoins (valued at approx. AUD $35 each)
Prizes are randomly distributed and linked to specific batch numbers, tracked by Nibblish for verification purposes. Each individual instant win card will have a uniquely identifiable version number; a total of 20 unique codes.
6. Prize Redemption
To claim, winners must visit www.nibblish.com and be directed to a dedicated Nibblish x Minecraft landing page.
On this landing page there will be clear instructions on how to contact the Nibblish team via the getintouch@nibblish.co.nz email.
Winners must share a clear photo of their winning card and provide proof of purchase.
Claims must be received by 17 November 2026.
Nibblish may feature winners on its social media platforms; by claiming, entrants grant permission for their first name and general location (e.g. “Emily from Wellington”) to be used.
7. Verification
All claims are subject to verification against batch records and card authenticity.
Illegible, tampered with, or misrepresented entries will be deemed invalid.
Nibblish reserves the right to request additional information to confirm identity and eligibility.
Once the card and consumer is verified, Nibblish will provide activated product details (PIN Codes) via a digital delivery method for the Minecoins, and will organise delivery of the Xbox.
8. General Terms
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
If a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Nibblish reserves the right to substitute it with one of equal or greater value.
Nibblish is not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed entries or claims due to internet, technical or postal issues.
9. Minecoins
Minecoin requires Internet, a valid Microsoft account, and Minecraft: Bedrock Edition (sold separately) (excludes Minecraft Java Edition and Minecraft on PlayStation).
Geography limitations, country and balance restrictions, taxes, and Internet connection fees may apply.

Redeem your code(s) at Minecraft.net/redeem. Code(s) must be redeemed by the expiration date provided by Sponsor. Microsoft is not a Sponsor of this offer.
Microsoft may, freely and without liability, remove digital items redeemed through this promotion, suspend or ban accounts, and take other disciplinary or corrective action if Microsoft suspects or believes your account is engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity.
Except as required by law, codes cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash and are not refundable.
10. Privacy
Any personal information provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion and will be handled in accordance with Nibblish’s Privacy Policy [https://nibblish.co.nz/privacy-policy/].
Winner details may be shared with Mojang Studios for audit purposes only but will not be used for marketing on behalf of Minecraft.

11. Limitation of Liability
Nibblish and Mojang shall not be liable for any loss (including indirect or consequential loss), damage or injury suffered as a result of participating in the promotion or accepting any prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and Australia respectively. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of New Zealand or Australian courts based on the entrant’s country of residence.
